fa بررسی میزان اثربخشی مصرف داروی فیناستراید در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان مثانه و تحت درمان با باسیل کالمت‌گرین (BCG) سرطان اورولوژیک Urologic oncology پژوهشي Research <div class="rounded" dir="rtl" style="background:#ffdae0; border:1px solid #fa7373; padding:5px 10px; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong><span style="color:#ff0066">زمینه و هدف:</span> علی رغم استفادۀ وسیع از باسیل کالمت ـ گرین (<span dir="LTR">BCG</span>) جهت درمان تومورهای سطحی مثانه، نسبت قابل توجهی از بیماران دچار عود و شکست درمان می&lrm; شوند، احتمال داده می&lrm; شود که افزودن داروی فیناستراید به درمان <span dir="LTR">BCG</span> در مبتلایان به سرطان مثانه باعث اثربخشی درمان گردد. بنابراین هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی میزان اثربخشی مصرف داروی فیناستراید در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان مثانه و تحت درمان با <span dir="LTR">BCG</span> می&lrm; باشد.<br> <span style="color:#ff0066">مواد و روش&lrm; ها:</span> در یک مطالعه هم&lrm;گروهی گذشته&lrm; نگر، تعداد 70 مرد مبتلا به سرطان مثانه که در بیمارستان شهید بهشتی همدان طی سال&lrm;های 1397 تا 1398 تحت درمان با <span dir="LTR">BCG</span> به تنهایی (گروه کنترل 35 نفر) و <span dir="LTR">BCG</span> به همراه فیناستراید (گروه مورد 35 نفر) قرار گرفته بودند، از نظر اثربخشی درمان مقایسه شدند. داده ها با نرم افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه 21 و در سطح اطمینان 95% مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> <span style="color:#ff0066">یافته&lrm; ها:</span> میانگین طول دورۀ پیگیری بیماران 55/1<span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span>29/2 سال، میانگین سن بیماران در گروه مورد و کنترل به ترتیب 95/8<span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span>00/66 و 69/13<span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span>94/62 سال بود (<span dir="LTR">P</span>=0.273). فراوانی عود سرطان مثانه در بیماران دریافت کننده <span dir="LTR">BCG</span> به همراه فیناستراید %1/17 و در بیماران دریافت کننده <span dir="LTR">BCG</span> به تنهایی %4/31 بود (<span dir="LTR">P</span>=0.163). میانگین مدت زمان عود در گروه مورد 17/2<span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span>50/8 ماه، و در گروه کنترل میانگین 18/7<span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span>27/7 ماه بود (<span dir="LTR">P</span>=0.404).<br> <span style="color:#ff0066">نتیجه&lrm; گیری: </span>در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان مثانه افزودن قرص فیناستراید به رژیم درمانی <span dir="LTR">BCG</span> سبب کاهش فراوانی و عود بیماری مؤثر می&lrm; باشد.</strong></span></div> <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(255, 218, 224); border: 1px solid rgb(250, 115, 115); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="color:#ff0066;">Background and Objective:</span> Despite the widespread use of Bacillus Calmette-Gu&eacute;rin (BCG) for the treatment of superficial bladder tumors, <ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">recurrence and treatment failure is common among </ins>a significant proportion of patients.<ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">.In this regard</ins> the addition of finasteride to BCG treatment may increase the effectiveness of bladder cancer treatment. The <ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">present </ins>study<ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04"> aimed to assess</ins> the effectiveness of finasteride in patients with <ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">bladder cancer </ins>undergoing BCG therapy<br> <span style="color:#ff0066;">M<ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">aterials and M</ins>ethods:</span> In <ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">this</ins> retrospective cohort study, 70 men with bladder cancer <ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">who </ins>were treated with BCG alone (control group, n=35) and BCG with finasteride (case group, n=35) in Shahid Beheshti Hospital in Hamadan from 2018 to 2019 <ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">were compared in terms of</ins> treatment efficacy. Data were analyzed by SPSS software <ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">(</ins>version 21<ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">)</ins> at <ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">a </ins>95% confidence interval.<br> <span style="color:#ff0066;">Results: </span>The mean duration of follow-up was 2.29&plusmn;1.55 years<ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">; moreover, </ins><del cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">,</del> the mean age <ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">scores </ins>of patients in the case and control groups were <ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">reported as </ins>66.00&plusmn;8.95 and 62.94 &plusmn;13.69 years<ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">, respectively</ins> (P=0.273). The frequency <ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">rates </ins>of recurrence of bladder cancer in patients receiving BCG with finasteride <ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">and BCG alone </ins>w<ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">ere obtained at </ins>17.1% and 31.4%<ins cite="mailto:pardis" datetime="2021-07-25T15:04">, respectively</ins> (P=0.163).
