fa محاسبه هزینه های مرتبط با ایجاد فیستول دسترسی در بیماران دیالیز خونی در بیمارستان گلستان اهواز در سال 1399 اورولوژی ترمیمی Reconstructive urology پژوهشي Research <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(255, 218, 224); border: 1px solid rgb(250, 115, 115); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:#fe2e9a;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span> <span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">در روش هزینه‌یابی بر مبنای فعالیت ابتدا فعالیت‌ها شناسایی و سپس با محاسبه&nbsp;هزینه‌های مستقیم و غیرمستقیم، هزینه&nbsp;تمام‌ شده خدمت محاسبه می‌شود. مطالعه&nbsp;حاضر با هدف تعیین قیمت تمام‌ شده&nbsp;خدمت تعبیه فیستول برای بیمار دیالیز خونی در بیمارستان آموزشی درمانی گلستان اهواز تدوین شده است.</span><br> <span style="color:#fe2e9a;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span> مطالعه&nbsp;حاضر از نوع مطالعات کمی و کاربردی است. در این مطالعه قیمت تمام‌شده&nbsp;خدمت تعبیه فیستول برای بیمار دیالیز خونی با استفاده از روش هزینه‌یابی بر مبنای فعالیت (<span dir="LTR">ABC</span>) در بیمارستان گلستان اهواز در سال ۱۳۹۹ محاسبه شد. داده‌های مورد نیاز برای بررسی موضوع پژوهش، از طریق چک‌ لیست و مصاحبه با کارکنان درگیر و مشاهده فعالیت‌های ارائه&nbsp;خدمت گردآوری شد. در نهایت با توجه به جراحی انجام‌ شده، زمان صرف‌ شده در اتاق عمل، افراد درگیر در فرایند جراحی و منابع مصرفی، میانگین هزینه&nbsp;جراحی دسترسی دیالیز خونی تخمین زده شد.<span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"></span><br> <span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:#fe2e9a;">یافته‌ها:</span></span> <span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;">براساس نتایج مطالعه، قیمت تمام‌ شده خدمت ایجاد فیستول در بیمار دیالیز خونی ۷.۴۷۶.۰۶۰ ریال محاسبه شد که ۴۵/۹۹ درصد آن به هزینه&nbsp;استهلاک تجهیزات، ۳۵/۷۴ درصد به هزینه&nbsp;فضا و ساختمان، ۱۵/۰۱ درصد به هزینه&nbsp;پرسنلی، ۲/۹۳ درصد به هزینه&nbsp;مواد مصرفی و دارو و ۰/۳۱ درصد به هزینه&nbsp;حامل‌های انرژی مربوط است. تعرفه&nbsp;خدمت نیز ۱.۲۲۳.۱۰۰ ریال است که در مقایسه با قیمت تمام‌ شده&nbsp;خدمت اختلاف مشخصی دارد.</span><br> <span style="color:#fe2e9a;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span> در این مطالعه، بخش عمده&nbsp;قیمت تمام‌ شده&nbsp;خدمت ایجاد فیستول در بیمار دیالیز خونی، هزینه&nbsp;تجهیزات با ۴۵/۹۹ درصد از کل هزینه‌ها بود<span dir="LTR">.</span> نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد با به‌ کارگیری کارکنان متخصص برای استفاده&nbsp;صحیح از تجهیزات و دستگاه‌ها می‌توان هزینه&nbsp;خدمت را کاهش داد.</span></strong></span></div> <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(255, 218, 224); border: 1px solid rgb(250, 115, 115); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color:#fe2e9a;">Background and Objective:</span> In the activity-based costing method, first the activities are identified and then the cost of the service is calculated by calculating direct and indirect costs. The aim of this study was to determine the cost of fistula implantation service for hemodialysis patient in Golestan Hospital of Ahvaz.<br> <span style="color:#fe2e9a;">Methods:</span> The present study is a quantitative and applied study. In this study, the cost of fistula implantation service for hemodialysis patient was calculated using activity-based costing (ABC) method in Golestan Hospital in Ahvaz, Iran, in 2020. The data required to investigate the research topic were collected through checklists and interviews with staff involved and observation of service delivery activities. Finally, based on the surgery performed, the time spent in the operating room, the people involved in the surgical process, and the resources consumed, the average cost of a blood dialysis access surgery was estimated.<br> <span style="color:#fe2e9a;">Results:</span>&nbsp;The results of the study showed that the cost of fistula creation service in hemodialysis patients was calculated at 7476060 Rials, of which 45.99% was related to equipment depreciation cost, 35.74% to space and building costs, 15.01% to personnel costs, 2.93% to the medication and 0.31% of the cost to the energy carriers. The service tariff is 1223100 Rials, which has a certain loss compared to the cost price of the service.<br> <span style="color:#fe2e9a;">Conclusion:</span> In this study, the major part of the cost of fistula in a dialysis patient was the cost of equipment with 45.99% of the total cost.
