fa بررسی روایی و پایایی پرسش‌نامه فارسی ارزیابی عینی آلت در هیپوسپادیاز HOPE Validity and Reliability of the Persian Version of Hypospadias Objective Penile Evaluation (HOPE) Questionnaire ارولوژی کودکان Pediatric Urology پژوهشي Research <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(255, 218, 224); border: 1px solid rgb(250, 115, 115); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: جراحی هیپوسپادیاز یکی از شایع‌ترین جراحی‌های اطفال است. با توجه به روش‌های بسیار زیاد درمان هیپوسپادیاز، ارزیابی نتایج درمان همواره یکی از موارد چالش‌برانگیز هیپوسپادیاز بوده است. درنتیجه برای کاهش میزان اختلاف در گزارش نتایج جراحی‌های هیپوسپادیاز پرسش‌نامه‌های متعددی طراحی شده که یکی از رایج‌ترین آن‌ها در جهان پرسش‌نامه فارسی «ارزیابی عینی آلت در هیپوسپادیاز» (HOPE) است. با توجه به اینکه ترجمه فارسی پرسش‌نامه «ارزیابی عینی آلت در هیپوسپادیاز » صورت نگرفته و روایی و پایایی آن مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است مطالعه حاضر با هدف فوق صورت پذیرفته‌است. مواد و روش‌‌ها: در مطالعه مقطعی حاضر، ابتدا پرسش‌نامه «ارزیابی عینی آلت در هیپوسپادیاز» توسط دو ارولوژیست و یک کارشناس زبان انگلیسی آشنا با مفاهیم پزشکی طبق روش ترجمه Backward-Forward به زبان فارسی و سپس دوباره به زبان انگلیسی ترجمه گردید و در نهایت، پرسش‌نامه برگردان شده است. پس از ارسال به متخصصین حوزه و مقایسه با پرسش‌نامه اصلی، ازنظر کیفیت ترجمه و محتوا، رفع ایرادات آن نهایی گردید. سپس جهت بررسی روایی صوری و محتوایی، پرسش‌نامه به هشت متخصص ارسال گردید و شاخص‌های روایی محتوا و نسبت روایی محتوای آن محاسبه گردید. همچنین به‌منظور بررسی پایایی-ثبات بازآزمایی، دو پرسش‌نامه شامل تصاویرِ پس از جراحی هیپوسپادیاز، 42 بیمار به هشت متخصص اطفال و ارولوژی و جراحی اطفال جهت تعیین امتیاز در فاصله زمانی یک هفته تحویل گردید. درپایان جهت تحلیل نتایج از روش آزمون- بازآزمون (Test-Retest) و نرم‌افزار SPSS 23 استفاده شد و شاخص همبستگی درون رده‌ای Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) و فاصله اطمینان آن، بین نمرات به‌دست‌آمده از دوبار پاسخگویی به ابزار برای هر فاکتور و کل پرسش‌نامه محاسبه گردید. به‌منظور تعیین همسانی درونی Internal Consistency Reliability ضریب آلفای کرون باخ Cronbach Coefficient Alpha برای هر فاکتور و کل پرسش‌نامه محاسبه گردید. یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، میزان روایی محتوایی پرسش‌نامه ترجمه‌شده فارسی «ارزیابی عینی آلت در هیپوسپادیاز» با شاخص روایی محتوایی و نسبت روایی محتوای یک، بالا بود و میزان پایایی درون رده‌ای برای پرسش‌نامه ترجمه‌شده به زبان فارسی HOPE عدد 0.89 به دست آمد که نشان‌دهنده میزان پایایی بالای این پرسش‌نامه به زبان فارسی است. همچنین سازگاری درونی امتیاز HOPE به زبان فارسی با ضریب کرون باخ آلفا 0.98 به دست آمد. نتیجه‌گیری: روایی و پایایی مناسب سیستم امتیازدهی HOPE به زبان فارسی، استفاده از آن را به‌عنوان یک معیار عینی استاندارد جهت ارزیابی نتیجه ظاهری جراحی هیپوسپادیاز تأیید می‌کند.  </div> <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(255, 218, 224); border: 1px solid rgb(250, 115, 115); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: Surgical correction of hypospadias is one of the most common pediatric surgeries. Due to the several methods of hypospadias operations, the evaluation of results has always been challenging. Several questionnaires have been designed to reduce the discrepancy in the reports of hypospadias surgery, and the HOPE questionnaire is one of the most common. Based on our search, the reliability and validity of the Persian version of the HOPE (Hypospadias Objective Penile Evaluation) questionnaire have not been assessed yet. Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, firstly, the questionnaire "Objective evaluation of penis in hypospadias" was translated by two urologists and an English language expert familiar with medical concepts according to the Backward-Forward translation method into Persian and then again into English, and finally, the questionnaire was sent to experts and compared with the original questionnaire. The quality of translation and content were finalized and corrected. Thereafter, in order to check the form and content validity, the questionnaire was sent to eight experts, and the content validity indices and its content validity ratio were calculated. In order to check the reliability-stability of the re-test, two questionnaires, including images after hypospadias surgery of 42 patients, were delivered to eight specialists in pediatrics, urology, and pediatric surgery to determine the score at a time interval of one week, and finally, the data were analyzed in SPSS software (version 23) using the test-retest method. The Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) index and its confidence interval were calculated by the scores obtained from twice answering the instrument for each factor and the entire questionnaire. In order to determine internal consistency and reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated for each factor and the entire questionnaire. Results: In our study, intraclass correlation coefficient values for inter-rater reliability in the HOPE score were calculated at 0.89, indicating the high reliability of this questionnaire in Persian. The internal consistency of the Persian version of the HOPE scale was confirmed, rendering a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.98.
