fa پروتکل طراحی و اجرای طرح ملی ثبت گلومرولونفریت ایران Designing and Implementing a Iranian Registry for Glomerulonephritis اندویورولوژی Endourology پژوهشي Research مقدمه: گلومرولونفریت (GN) یکی از علل مهم بیماری مزمن کلیه و بیماری کلیوی مرحله نهایی در سراسر جهان است. ایجاد ثبت‌های ملی جامع در چندین کشور برای بهبود مراقبت از بیمار و پیشبرد تحقیقات ارزشمند بوده است. هدف این پروتکل طراحی و اجرای یک ثبت ملی برای گلومرولونفریت در ایران است روش‌ها: این مطالعه، داده‌ها را از بیمارانی که از طریق بیوپسی کلیه در یک دوره ۱۲ ساله (۲۰۱۳-۲۰۲۵) در چندین مرکز در ایران تشخیص گلومرولونفریت گرفته‌اند، جمع‌آوری خواهد کرد. این برنامه ثبت شامل داده‌های بالینی، آزمایشگاهی و پاتولوژیک از بیماران خواهد بود. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از فرم‌های استاندارد و یک پلتفرم نرم‌افزاری سفارشی استفاده خواهد کرد. پیگیری بیمار ۱۲ ماه پس از بیوپسی انجام خواهد شد. بحث: اولویت‌های این برنامه ثبت شامل تعیین اپیدمیولوژی GN ایران، ارزیابی سیر بیماری و پیامدهای درمان، و تسهیل پژوهش‌های چندمرکزی است. داده‌های حاصل، پشتوانه‌ای برای تصمیم‌گیری بالینی، طراحی کارآزمایی‌ها و سیاست‌گذاری سلامت خواهند بود. نتیجه‌گیری: راه‌اندازی ثبت ملی گلومرولونفریت می تواند زیرساخت بنیادی برای تولید شواهد مختص جمعیت ایران را ایجاد کرده و به بهبود مراقبت از بیماران و توسعه تحقیقات در این حوزه کمک می‌کند.   Introduction: Glomerulonephritis (GN) is an important cause of chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease worldwide. The establishment of comprehensive national registries in several countries has been valuable for improving patient care and advancing research. The aim of this protocol is to design and implement a national registry for glomerulonephritis in Iran. Methods: This study will collect data from patients diagnosed with glomerulonephritis by renal biopsy over a 12-year period (2013-2025) at multiple centers in Iran. The registry will include clinical, laboratory, and pathological data from patients. Data collection will use standardized forms and a customized software platform. Patient follow-up will be conducted 12 months after biopsy. Discussion: The priorities of this registry include determining the epidemiology of GN in Iran, evaluating the course of the disease and treatment outcomes, and facilitating multicenter research. The resulting data will support clinical decision-making, trial design, and health policy-making.
